Procurement and Supply Chain

Webinar: Procurement for Capital Projects – Best Practices

webinar description

Procurement bridges the gap between project design and construction by translating designs into reality. A well-designed procurement process promotes cost containment through competitive bidding, and reduces time from bid to award. Advances in procurement technology are helping companies increase the number and quality of bidders, drive down costs through greater competition and eliminate many time-consuming manual procurement processes.

Reasons to attend the webinar:
  • Pre-qualifying contractors and suppliers

  • Evaluation methods for selecting the best contractor

  • Using technology to create an efficient and auditable sourcing process

Who should attend:

This webinar will be valuable to procurement professionals working in the construction category as well as construction project managers.
