Montague Cobb NMA Health Institute (Cobb Institute) was chosen as an engagement partner along with 13 other organizations to help develop strategies in support of the campaign for the All of Us Research Program and the Precision Medicine Initiative of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Doris Browne MD, President at National Medical Association
Dr. Doris Browne was installed as the 118th President of the NMA on August 1, 2017, at the National Medical Association’s Annual Convention and Scientific Assembly in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Doris Browne is President and CEO of Browne and Associates, Inc. (BAI), a certified service disabled veteran and woman owned health consulting company, which manages diversified health programs addressing the health status and disparities of national and international populations. BAI’s mission is to provide education, training, disease prevention consultation and a comprehensive worksite wellness program to its clientele. Programs are primarily focused in the areas of breast and prostate cancers, women’s health, other non-communicable diseases, disaster management, and HIV/AIDS with an emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention and positive health outcomes.

Randall Morgan MD, Executive Director at Montague Cobb/NMA Health Institute
Dr. Morgan is an Orthopedic Surgeon achieving a career of excellence through Service to his patients, as a visionary leader in group medical practice, as an avid participant in community involvement, in youth mentorship and in national medical leadership. He presently serves as the Executive Director of the W. Montague Cobb/NMA Health Institute, the research arm of the National Medical Association. He also serves as Senior Executive of the J. Robert Gladden Orthopedic Society. Dr. Morgan continues to be engaged in the practice of Orthopedic Surgery with Sarasota Orthopedic Associates in Sarasota, FL.
