Cindy VanEpps, Senior Solutions Consultant | Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4)
Cindy’s first job out of college was working on Space Shuttle Flight Design Software at Johnson Space Center. Over the subsequent 37 years she has been a software developer, technical lead, development manager, consultant, and solution developer.

She has worked with numerous system engineering companies such as Schlumberger, Vencore, and Meggitt. With each she has proven success at helping transform traditional waterfall and highly regulated environments to agile and scaled agile practices.

She has developed solutions for IBM using Agile practices and helped drive Scaled Agile in the IBM CLM tool development organization.
In her extensive teaching and consulting she has proven a wealth of knowledge and experience but more importantly she brings pragmatism to the application of Agile practices. She “practices what she preaches” on the importance of focus on principles and evolving the specific practices based on both relentless improvement and application of the principles in the way that provides best benefit.
