Kevin Grossman, President of Global CandE Programs
Kevin W. Grossman is the Talent Board President of Global CandE Programs responsible for all aspects of the Candidate Experience Awards worldwide. He also produces and hosts multiple “world of work” podcasts including The CandEs Shop Talk, Reach West Radio and Working Tech. A certified Talent Acquisition Strategist (TAS) and Human Capital Strategist (HCS) by HCI, Kevin has over 18 years of domain expertise in the human resource and talent acquisition industry.

Marie Artim, Vice President, Talent Acquisition
Marie Artim is the Vice President, Talent Acquisition for Enterprise Holdings – supporting the Enterprise, Alamo and National Brands. She is responsible for company-wide strategies and best practices that direct Enterprise’s over 200 local recruiters whose hires include more than 9,000 university graduates each year. Marie also manages strategic partner relationships and collaborates with leadership to develop and implement programs to meet their hiring needs.

Marie is an alumna of Purdue University and began her career in the company’s nationally recognized Management Training Program soon after. Over the next several years she worked her way up through Operations, Human Resources and Recruiting. Marie took over talent acquisition responsibilities in 2000 and most recently gained global oversight when named Vice President, Talent Acquisition in September 2010.

Marie has conducted presentations and seminars at many universities and industry conferences, and has been featured in national media outlets including BusinessWeek, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Good Morning America. Under Marie’s leadership, Enterprise’s efforts have been recognized with top honors for their Campus Recruiting Program, Careers Website and Diversity Recruitment.

In addition, Marie recently served as President of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
Shuree Sockel, Talent Acquisition Systems Manager
Shuree Sockel is the Systems Manager for Enterprise Holdings supporting the Enterprise, Alamo and National Brands. She is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continued development for all talent acquisition software that Enterprise Holdings uses.

Shuree ensures that the talent acquisition process workflows are consistent across Enterprise's decentralized structure. She is highly involved in the candidate experience and has been instrumental in Enterprise receiving annual recognition on its efforts to engage applicants.

Shuree graduated from Millikin University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. She has a chancellor's certificate in information technology from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Shuree has been in employed in the Human Resources Information Technology field since 1999 and joined Enterprise in 2007 to implement their new Applicant Tracking System.

Shuree is part of the talent acquisition leadership team at Enterprise and she sits on an advisory council for iCIMS. She has managed the integration of software with their ATS including Yello, PeopleSoft, and AD
