Since then he has launched thousands of successful small business campaigns which eventually lead him to manage mass-market campaigns for the website builder giant, Wix.com. Today Joel is a founder of Quality Score, a boutique PPC agency that is based in Tel Aviv which manages some of the largest mass market PPC campaigns on Google AdWords and Facebook.

Kirk Williams, Owner
Kirk is the owner of ZATO, his Paid Search & Social PPC micro-agency of experts, and has been working in Digital Marketing since 2009. He is a co-host of the weekly #PPCChat on Twitter, as well as an avid conference speaker, having traveled across the US and UK to talk about Paid Search (especially Shopping Ads). Kirk currently resides in Billings, MT with his wife, four children, and little sleep.

With her passion for digital, she founded the Digital Females group back in 2011 and is also working as the Co-Chief Editor for State of Digital.

Arianne Donoghue, Strategy Director
Having started off her digital career client side over a decade ago, Arianne has worked for both agencies and brands in-house, specialising in all things paid media. She is now back agency side focusing on marketing strategy at Epiphany Search.
A regular speaker and trainer on the conference scene, she’s also an editor and contributor at popular site State of Digital, and a proud part of She Does Digital, a collective of people in Leeds aiming to boost the number of women in digital careers.
