Silvia Davi is a seasoned global corporate communications and marketing professional with over 18 years of experience. Ms. Davi was recently Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for The Food Bank For New York City. Prior to that she was Vice President and Head of Strategic Communications and Marketing at Broadcast Music, Inc® (BMI®), a global music rights management and royalty distribution firm. Ms. Davi joined BMI after serving as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications and Brand at Marsh & McLennan, where she was responsible for spearheading a new brand identity, as well as developing corporate responsibility and sustainability PR programs. Prior to that, Ms. Davi spent eight years at NASDAQ OMX as Vice President, Corporate Communications and Head of Global Broadcast Media Strategy, where she led the corporate communications for key business lines, while working with C-suite executives and overseeing the exchange’s flagship and broadcast studio in Times Square known as NASDAQ MarketSite.
Caleb Silver, VP of Content at Investopedia
Caleb Silver is an award winning media executive with 20 years of experience in broadcast news, digital video programming, documentaries, live events and branded content. In 2014, he formed Frog Pond Productions, a New York based production and consulting company that produces and sells television and digital content for cable and broadcast networks, and consults with major media companies and investment firms.
Prior to that he was the Director of Business News for CNN and worked for the network for ten years in a variety of executive and management roles. He was the Executive Producer for CNNMoney.com, where he helped launch the CNNMoney Video Network. He was also a Sr. Producer on The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer. Silver began his business journalism career at Bloomberg News in 1997, where he worked as a senior television producer for 8 years. He is a graduate of NYU’s Carter Journalism Institute and Colgate University. He lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.
Eli Broverman, Co-Founder & President at Betterment
Eli Broverman co-founded Betterment LLC in 2007 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer and Director. An expert in securities and financial institutions law, Mr. Broverman served as Betterment’s General Counsel. He has designed a wide range of structuring and compliance initiatives for broker-dealers and investment advisors. Prior to forming Betterment, he practiced law at the international law firm Proskauer Rose LLP, where he advised Fortune 500 companies and their senior management on securities, tax, and compensation matters. Mr. Broverman is a graduate of Brown University and New York University School of Law.
