Webinar: Driving P2P Returns Beyond Implementation

THIS WEBINAR WAS RECORDED ON THE

webinar description

When the first post appeared in the Procurement Insights blog in May 2007, it was well before what has now been referred to by Gartner as the "post-ERP Era."

At the time, some of the biggest challenges facing the procurement world evolved around the declining returns on ERP-based procurement solutions and user adoption (or perhaps user resistance would be a more appropriate term).

At the heart of the problem was the fact that with the low-hanging savings all but exhausted, organizations could no longer justify the cost of investing in and maintaining multi-million dollar, multi-year ERP procurement-based implementation initiatives.

Fast forward to the present, and the emergence of intuitive, user-friendly new technologies that are operational within weeks or months as opposed years at a fraction of the cost has transformed the industry and the procurement profession. The big question today is "Now What?"

In this webinar, Procurement Insights' Jon Hansen will talk about the next stages of evolution in the P2P world, and how new and exciting breakthroughs will take your practice and returns to the next level.

Reasons to attend the webinar:
  • What Is the Gartner “postmodern” ERP era?

  • What went wrong with ERP-based purchasing?

  • Will P2P purchasing solutions avoid the ERP “legacy” trap?
