Sara Malconian, Chief Procurement Officer
Sara Malconian has extensive experience leading the development and transformation of global procurement organizations within higher education and the financial services industry.

Sara is currently the Director of Strategic Procurement and Chief Procurement Officer for Harvard University. As CPO, Sara provides leadership and oversight of the teams responsible for providing the Harvard community with superior sourcing, contracting, and procure-to-pay services to support the achievement of stakeholder goals and deliver optimal value on the University’s annual expenditures of approximately $4.7 billion.

Prior to joining Harvard, Sara served as Assistant Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Massachusetts Institute for Technology, overseeing procurement and sourcing strategies for MIT’s annual spend of approximately $2.5 billion.

Sara’s previous roles include extensive experience in global procurement within the financial services industry serving as Vice President and Director of Procurement at Wellington Management, LLC, and Vice President and Director of Global Strategic Sourcing at State Street Corporation.

Sara holds a BA from Bates College and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia University.
Adtalem Global Education
Joy Howard, Strategic Sourcing Director
Joy Howard is the Director of Strategic Sourcing for Adtalem Global Education. Joy is responsible for the direction, planning, and coordination of strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve the goals of Adtalem's institutions and functional areas. Joy leads the Supply Management Organization which includes the management of commercial contracts, purchasing, category management, supplier relationships, and travel for the enterprise.

Joy has over 10 years of experience in direct and indirect strategic sourcing. She has worked in education, facility management, manufacturing, and energy industries. She excels in data and market analysis, sourcing processes, contract negotiation, and project management. She is experienced in identifying opportunities for cost reduction, process efficiencies and organization, and innovation.
SpendHQ
Constantine Limberakis, Director of Product Marketing
Constantine is a Director of Product Marketing at SpendHQ. He is considered a subject matter expert in the field of procurement, contract management and supply management providing a unique mix of market research and business experience. Prior to the appointment to his new role at SpendHQ, Constantine advised and led senior procurement and business leaders as the senior research director at the Hackett Group. Prior to Hackett, Constantine guided product marketing efforts at Determine (formerly Iasta and Selectica) and HICX Solutions, and directed research as a senior research analyst at the Aberdeen group. Constantine was also foundational in helping start two boutique consulting firms, The Shelby Group and CCP Global, engaging in various roles including business development, product management, and technology consulting.

Kelly Barner owns, manages, and edits Buyers Meeting Point. She has a unique perspective on procurement from the numerous roles she has held during her 15 years in procurement.
