Jim Lundy is the founder and CEO of Aragon Research and serves as Lead Analyst for Workflow and Content Automation, the Digital Workplace, and Sales Engagement, among other areas. Prior to founding Aragon Research, Jim held positions at Saba Software, Gartner, and Xerox.
Jim Sinur, VP Research at Aragon Research
Jim Sinur joined Aragon Research in 2016 as Vice President and Research Fellow. As a distinguished thought leader, Jim covers digital transformation, the digital business platform (DBP) market, the Internet of Things (IoT), cognitive delivery, and the intelligent workplace. Prior to joining Aragon, Jim spent 20 years at Gartner, where he was critical in creating the first Hype Cycle and Maturity Model, which have become hallmarks of Gartner analysis, along with the Magic Quadrant. Prior to Gartner, Jim was Director of World Wide Technologies at American Express.
Adrian Bowles, VP Research at Aragon Research
Adrian Bowles joined Aragon Research in 2017 as a Vice President and Lead Analyst. Adrian has worked at the intersection of advanced technology and business strategy as an academic, practitioner, consultant and industry analyst. His current research is focused on the business impact of modern AI/cognitive computing, advanced analytics, and the Internet of Things. Previously, Adrian held executive positions at Ovum/Datamonitor, Giga Information Group, New Science Associates, and Yourdon, Inc. He also held academic appointments in computer science at Drexel University and SUNY-Binghamton, and adjunct faculty positions in the business schools at NYU and Boston College. He earned his BA in Psychology and MS in Computer Science from SUNY-Binghamton, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
Ken Dulaney, VP Research and Aragon Fellow at Aragon Research
Ken Dulaney joined Aragon Research in 2017 as vice president and research fellow, where he leads the coverage for enterprise mobility. For over 20 years, Ken Dulaney was Gartner's lead mobile analyst. Ken has been consistently recognized for his insight and thought leadership across the technology landscape, and was voted as one of the top industry analysts by AdWeek during his career at Gartner.
