Webinar: Three aspects of Change, and how you can manage it successfully

THIS WEBINAR WAS RECORDED ON THE

April 22, 2016

DURATION

30 min

webinar description

This webinar will illustrate three aspects of change: responding to the external environment; understanding change from an organisational perspective and managing people through change. Much of what happens with change is difficult to predict or control. However well designed, the law of unintended consequences, chaos theory and complexity often triumph over the best-laid plans of mice and men. Therefore, the aim of this webinar is modest – to offer hope we can be a little more rigorous in our understanding of change; a little more precise in defining and describing it and a little more effective in how we manage through it.

Please note: This webinar will not send email confirmation, make sure to add this event to your calendar, and log in to Webinara, to start the webinar on time.

Reasons to attend the webinar:
  • Is resistance to change fruitful or futile?

  • Know what is involved in the 'big picture' when it comes to change.

  • Learn about engineering change, take control of it.
