Ruth Gibson, Business Psychologist, Product Manager
As Product Manager and Business Psychologist at Synermetric, Ruth oversees their range of assessments and source new ones to fulfill client’s needs. This makes perfect use of her passion for psychology, assessments, and people development. Ruth maintains regular contact with all of synermetric's product authors and suppliers and provide training and advice on assessments and their uses to clients looking to integrate them into their work.

Ruth is a Business Psychologist with a Masters in Occupational Psychology and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and qualified to Level A (TUA) and Level B (TUP) in psychometric testing.
