Elba Pareja-Gallagher is a finance generalist with more than 18 years of experience at UPS. She’s held roles in International Finance, Investor Relations and Marketing. She lived as an expat in Asia for three years and currently is the Director of Finance on the B2C Strategy team. In 2015, she launched a non-profit organization, ShowMe50.org whose vision is to achieve 50% women leading corporate America. Elba engages women and men to influence changes to institutional policies and practices at the grassroots level. Elba holds a B.B.A. from Millsaps College and an M.S. in Supply Chain Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional and is active in numerous professional organizations in Atlanta.
