Webinar: Is Stakeholder Alignment the Key to Procurement’s Survival?

webinar description

Join Greg Tennyson, Joe Payne, Kelly Barner and Philip Ideson in this interactive Q&A led webinar as we discuss if stakeholder alignment is the key to procurement's survival - and if so, how can we become better business partners.

This webinar is part of The Procurement Revolution, a multi-channel 100% online event for procurement professionals to challenge the status quo and collectively shape the future of procurement.

The focus of this webinar is Aligning for Relevancy. We must stay in alignment with the other functions in the enterprise. Whether it is through performance metrics, stakeholder expectations, or executive level exchanges, our vision must be compatible with the larger vision of the company.

Reasons to attend the webinar:
  • To understand how procurement's relationships are critical to our value

  • To hear about the role metrics play in tying procurement to corporate-wide objectives

  • To expand the vision of procurement so that it is ambitious
