Jason Morin is the Director of Continuous Improvement for a $15 billion global logistics and transportation company. He and his team are focused on developing & delivering world-class solutions to Fortune 500 companies across a wide array of industries. He has a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University, M.S. in Operations Management from Georgia State, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. For years, Jason has taught basic Lean principles, concepts, and tools to warehouse managers, supervisors, and engineers; and he has utilized Lean successfully to solve problems within warehousing and packaging.
