Digital leadership for the non-technical leader

Penny Power OBE has been in technology for her entire career but still identifies with overwhelming feelings when new technology becomes a critical skill in business.

On Thursday 21st March at 1 pm join her to learn how your charity can build valuable digital skills and implement front and back-office tools to boost productivity, online engagement and team dynamics, whatever your level of technical understanding.

Penny will also reveal the four personalities that should be in a charity team and the tasks each should have. This is extremely helpful when managing both staff and volunteers, by ensuring they are doing the tasks that empower and motivate them best.
