With our presentation slide consulting services, you can expect feedback that includes:

  • Adjustments to improve the fit between content and intended webinar length

We offer you constructive feedback and suggestions on how to make your verbal presentation style more effective, persuasive, and compelling for attendees. You can provide a link to a previously recorded presentation or schedule up to 90 minutes of live session time to run through your presentation in an online or audio conference.

With our presenter coaching services, you can expect feedback that includes:

  • Audio quality improvement suggestions involving setup of equipment and environment

  • Adjusting your pace, vocal pitch, and energy to keep your audience engaged and enthusiastic

  • Vocabulary, jargon, and information density

  • Bad habits, vocal mannerisms, and distracting speech artifacts

  • Starting and ending with a strong, concise, and engaging message

This is consultative only... We do not provide script writing services.

We will start your session, make opening announcements, offer technical instructions for attendees and introduce the presenter(s). We will also act as the moderator for the Q&A, answer technical problems for attendees, and close the session by thanking attendees and providing instructions for any additional steps they can take.

This price also includes participation in one rehearsal, complete with feedback and suggestions. Pricing is based on the scheduled duration for the webinar and includes an additional 30 minutes of pre-session and 15 minutes of post-session time at no extra charge.

With our webinar moderating services, you can expect:

  • Professional orchestration of the webinar and technical support for attendees and presenters

  • Formatted reports and logs (based on capabilities of your webinar software)

This covers event moderation in your licensed webinar hosting platform.

We examine and assess your webinar process with an outsider's eye. Simply provide us with your invitation and materials for a past or upcoming webinar. We will watch the recording or attend the live event and make sure the event becomes a professional development opportunity for you as well as for your audience.

Our webinar assessment services concentrates on the following aspects:

  • Is the value proposition for attendees explicit? Are you setting expectations so that attendees know why they are attending and what they will be seeing?

  • Are instructions and reminders clear, understandable, and timely?

  • Is the webinar technically well run and easy to enter and interact with as an attendee? Do attendees feel like valued individuals?

  • Are audio and visual channels clear and trouble-free?

  • Is the content presented in a way that is engaging, clear, and valuable? Do attendees feel their time is being well spent?

  • Are moderating and support activities helpful and available without being intrusive?

  • Are follow up communications or distributed materials available? Do they add value to the webinar process?
