Evaluation is an integral part of any promotional activity. Here at Webinara we understand how important it is to have the right tools and metrics in order to evaluate the performance of your webinars. This article will cover the main elements of statistics that are available for you on our platform.
If you want to access your statistics, you need to go to your Webinara platform and click on ‘My Webinara’.
Now you can see your statistics on Webinara. The red line indicates to the amount of registrations that your webinars have in general for a certain timeline, i.e. how many users clicked on ‘register’ button on your webinars, and the blue line shows the amount of views that you webinars have. You can filter the timeline and chose the certain period of time that you are interested in, as shown on the screenshots below.
If you scroll down, you will be able to see the general statistics in numbers such as webinar page views, total registrations, conversion rate, average days promoted and followers. These numbers reflect your general statistics and do not changed based on the timeline chosen.
By scrolling down further you will see the table with the statistics break down for each webinar separately. You can scroll down and see all your webinars, upcoming and past with their current statistics. You can also switch the statistics between live and on-demand webinars.
The statistics for your on-demand webinars show the numbers that count since the recordings have been added. You can also click on the webinar title and check the recording. If you click on the numbers in the column ‘Webinar views’, you will also be able to see the names and the email addresses of the users who have watched your webinar recording.
By clicking on ‘All My Webinars’ on the top of ‘My Webinara’ page, you will access the full table of your webinars where you can add your webinar recordings or edit the existing recordings links. To add a webinar recording you simply need to click on ‘add now’ and provide a link or a file for the webinar recording.
To edit or delete the existing recording link or file you need to click on the dots and chose the following option. If you want to modify the webinar recording link, you simply pick ‘edit’. Then you can provide the new recording URL and click on the ‘save’ button.
These are the features and opportunities that you get from ‘My Webinara’ page.
